The Power of a Strong Online Presence - Part 2

How to Create Content to Position You for Your Next Professional Goal

Content creation made easy

We've all heard the phrase ‘content is king.’ It’s true because it’s the foundation upon which reputations are built. But, it’s also the quality of your content that establishes you as a subject matter “player” and sets you apart from, and above, your competitors. It’s critically important to establishing your online presence.

Content helps you attract the right audience, build your brand, and takes you closer to achieving your next goal. The perception is that content creation is hard. Most people aspire to write their opinion or create thought leadership but shy away because it seems too daunting of a task.

The Club has hosted a successful series of eight presentations about The Power of Your Online Presence, and is delighted to bring you "part 2," Content Creation. Join us for an online, interactive session on the importance of content, and learn how to create content, how to strategically place content in the right context.

Whether it be advancement of your current career track, a career pivot, finding new clients, or positioning for a board seat, content creation remains key.

The speakers will address the following subjects:

-  Why developing a personal brand is a necessary first step toward creating relevant content.

-  Fundamentals of content creation for online publication – what elements need to be present, ways to take “ownership” of a subject or point of view, how to establish authority without arrogance, and how to take control.

-  Tips, tactics, shortcuts that make developing content easy and even pleasurable examples of how it’s done right.

There will be time for questions and interaction with the speakers.
