Adi Divgi has been President and CIO of EA Global, his family investment vehicle, since its 2005 inception. He is also Head of Alternative Investments at Catalina, a $3+bn AUM reinsurer. Prior to his current institutional investor role, Mr. Divgi oversaw the Opportunistic Fixed Income investment program at the New York City Bureau of Asset Management from March 2011 to April 2014 and executed $3.6 billion in capital commitments. Mr. Divgi is a graduate of the Huntsman Program, with a BA in International Studies (Spanish minor) from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics and MBA in Finance from Wharton.

Dina Said Dwyer (CBS '07) is the Managing Director of Eden capital, a PE firm focused in the professional & business services, education & training sectors. Ms. Said has spent over 15 years in the private equity industry. She has served as a managing director at Unifund SA, an Analyst at the Blackstone Group in New York, and trained at the Carlyle Group in London. Ms. Said completed her MBA at Columbia Business School, and her undergraduate degree at the Wharton School of Business.

Brian Frank is the Founder and Managing Partner of Declaration Partners LP, an investment firm anchored by capital from David M. Rubenstein, the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Chairman of The Carlyle Group. With permanent capital and a broad and flexible mandate, Declaration makes private equity and real estate investments, including building platform companies, growth equity, GP stakes and control transactions, in family-owned businesses. He serves on the Board of Directors of Enstructure, Falcon Minerals and Viagogo. Previously, Brian was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at MSD Capital, the private investment firm founded by Michael Dell. Prior to joining MSD, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Cumberland Associates. Earlier in his career, Brian served as a Director of Harman International, a Principal at W.R. Hambrecht + Co, and an Analyst in the merger & acquisitions group at Lazard Freres. Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, and his MBA from Harvard University. He is a Director of Third Way, a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former director of Year Up New York.

Mike Ryan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bullet Point Network (BPN). BPN’s team of fundamental research analysts and patented software help support professional investors to make better direct investment decisions. He has almost 30 years of investment, capital markets and management experience. Mike is an active private investor, entrepreneur and board member. Prior to founding Bullet Point Network, he served as head of public equity and absolute return at the Harvard endowment, partner and co-head of global equity products at Goldman Sachs and head of global securities at Credit Suisse. Since 2009, Mike has been the CIO of MDR Capital, his family office, and was the co-founder of JAI Capital Management, a concentrated fundamental long-short equity strategy. At Harvard, Mike was responsible for $18 billion in assets across a range of direct investments and external manager allocations. He also served as a member of Harvard’s investment committee and executive team. At Credit Suisse, Mike was responsible for research, sales, trading and proprietary investments in global fixed income and equities. He was a member of the management committee and the extended executive board. At Goldman Sachs, Mike held numerous leadership positions and worked in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. After becoming a partner in 1998, Mike ran Asian capital markets, global equity derivatives and global equity products. He was a member of the partnership committee as well as the Asian management committee. Mike has served as a director, committee chair or board chair on numerous corporate and non-profit boards. Mike currently serves on the board of 5x5 Telecom, Scholarship America, Management Leadership for Tomorrow and Staten Island ACHIEVE. He graduated summa cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in economics, and was an Academic All-American in basketball.

Moderator: Pierre Mordacq (CBS '07) is a Partner at Atlanvest, a private investment holding managing permanent capital. Previously Pierre was a Vice President at Macquarie Capital focusing on principal transactions and investment origination. Earier in his career Pierre held positions at Roland Berger
 Strategy Consultants in the private equity advisory practice in Paris and was an analyst with the Bouygues Group focusing on infrastructure investments. Pierre holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris of the Universite Paris Dauphine. Pierre is a Director of the US Sciences Po Foundation and of the Hautefort Foundation in France. 

Ethan Boothe is the Principal-in-Charge of the EisnerAmper’s fast growing Texas Region, and the national Private Equity Services Leader. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with particular expertise serving clients in private equity, with both fund sponsors and their portfolio companies. Ethan serves clients across many industries on a regional, national, and international basis as required. than advises private equity clients and their portfolio management teams to create value throughout the investment lifecycle. He and the EisnerAmper the private equity focused team of professionals provide solutions at both the fund and portfolio investment level. Examples include assisting private equity firms with deal flow, investment due diligence (buy- and sell-side), process and profit improvement consulting, audit and tax services and carve-out support services. Ethan has been recognized with professional achievement awards, as well as local business community honors including being recognized as one of the top ten 'up and coming business leaders' in North Texas by the Fort Worth Business Press, and being selected as a DFW '40 under 40' recipient. Ethan is an active member with the Association of Corporate Growth (Board of directors) and The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (CM&AA Certification).  From a philanthropic and volunteer standpoint, he is involved with Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Guns & Hoses Foundation, The First Tee of Greater Dallas, Casa Linda Lights, Sparrow Missions, Heroes for Children, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Texas.
