Corporate Entrepreneurship, Distinctive Strategies & Leadership For Long-term Growth
A talk by CBS Executive in Residence, Adjunct Professor Leonard Sherman
Author of the recently published book: If You're in a Dogfight, Become a Cat! - Strategies for Long-Term Growth
Companies across all industries are facing the challenge of sustaining profitability over the long term. While most are trapped in the raging dogfights within their industry, a few, such as Apple, Fedex, and Starbucks, have distinguished themselves and attained the holy grail of business, long-term profitable growth.
How did they succeed? How can you make your product or service outperform competition?
Prof. Sherman will challenge conventional wisdom and examine what business strategies and leadership qualities and how corporate entrepreneurship and innovation are essential to long-term profitable growth.
