Mindful Leadership

A workshop to help you thrive - even under pressure

with Silvia Christmann, Leadership Coach

Is stress keeping you from being productive at work? Is fatigue from work keeping you from enjoying your life? But have you noticed that some people thrive in similar situations?

Leadership is a form of social influence. A leader translates people's values into action and engages a team to move in the same direction. In this workshop you will learn a how leadership is a mindset in action. Expertise alone does not make you a leader in your field or able to build a strong team. While there are many styles and paths to effective leadership mindful leadership inspires exceptional work collectively.

This workshop will consist of a series of exercises to practice with each other and discuss as a group. It will be an enriching conversation and peer-to-peer discovery of mindful leadership in action. You will learn tools you can use immediately and will be valuable for your whole life.

Attending this workshop will help you:

Improve the way you start your day with mindfulness practices

• Learn to be a constant source of stillness and reason for your team

Create an atmosphere of trust and positivity

• Lead with integrity as nothing discourages people faster than a leader who embraces half truths and shortcut rational

• Learn how a strong sense of self, including your own purpose and translate into clearly articulating your vision into a common goal

• Bring your magic to the table, encouraging people to do the same

Resolve conflicts without blame and using them as growth opportunities for collective problem solving

• Learn how mindfulness and meditation leads to a flexible approach
