Chocolate-Tasting and Truffle-Making Experience at Voila Chocolat

with Founder Peter Moustakerski (CBS’04)

 

Peter Moustakerski (CBS '04) is a visionary entrepreneur and a certified chocolatier.  Peter immersed himself in chocolate in Costa Rica, at the Ecole Chocolat, and at the French Culinary Institute.  Peter founded Voila Chocolat, New York’s first and only chocolate-making atelier, because he was inspired by his passion for chocolate and his desire that everyone should be able to experience the joy of chocolate-making. 

Sampling experience 6:00 to 7:30pm:  Join us for an on-site informative discussion with Peter Moustakerski, Founder and Chief Cacao Nut. Sample various types of chocolate, while learning the vision, the values and the passion behind the success of Voila Chocolat.

Premium experience 7:30 to 8:30pm:  Enthusiasts can attend our unique Truffle-Making experience for an additional $45 charge. This exclusive experience is only offered during this event, strictly limited to 25 chocolate-lovers, and includes:

  • demo and instruction how to enrobe and decorate chocolate truffles and use chocolate-making tools
  • hands-on creative session, making 9 truffles with your favorite ingredients and toppings
  • choose 3 flavors of handmade ganache centers, and your favorite type of chocolate
  • custom display gift box to take home

 

WHEN:        Monday, November 7, 2016 from 6:00-7:30 and 7:30- 8:30 for those who also purchase the premium truffle-making experience

TICKETS:    SAMPLING - $25 for pre-registered CBSACNY members and CBS Students, $45 for pre-registered non-members, $70 at the door (space permitting). TRUFFLE-MAKING -  $45 additional charge to above fee. You must select both the tasting experience and the premium experience during the registration process to include Truffle-making in your event selection.
