Strategy and Innovation: Outthinker Process with Kaihan Krippendorff
Join us for this half day program. Dr. Kaihan Krippendorff, ’99 presents his proven approach to developing innovative strategies to drive innovation, growth, and success. The Outthinker Process is a refined and proven strategic methodology that has been applied in 300+ companies. It reveals disruptive growth strategies, helps organizations achieve company-wide strategic clarity, accelerates growth rates 100-120%, and, most importantly, builds a culture and organizational habits of innovative thinking.
Attendees will learn three key strategies for strengthening their competitive advantage and five key strategies for generating new and innovative growth. Dr. Krippendorff will introduce the role that “strategic narratives” play in the design of a strategy. Participants will leave with a set of tools to help them consistently identify and seize opportunities others overlook.
Dr. Krippendorff specializes in strategic design, focused specifically on the role of language in allowing teams to devise more innovative strategies. Author of four books, most recently “Outthink the Competition,” he has applied his approach to companies including Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, United Technologies, VMware, L’Oreal, Nestle Purina, TIAA, and BNY Mellon. A former McKinsey consultant, he is the founder of Outthinker and a consultant with Wharton Executive Education.
