Hot Spots: Why Some Teams, Workplaces, and Organizations Buzz with Energy - And Others Don't

Spend an evening with London Business School Professor Lynda Gratton in New York
Event Date: Wednesday, March 14th, 2007 at 7:30pm

We have been invited to join London Business School alumni in New York for an evening with Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice. She will present on her latest book, “Hot Spots: Why Some Teams, Workplaces, and Organizations Buzz with Energy - And Others Don't” followed by Q&A and a networking reception with fellow alumni. “Hot Spots” are a hallmark of the most successful, most entrepreneurially minded companies. They are places and times where cooperation flourishes, creating great energy, innovation, productivity, and excitement. Lynda Gratton has spent more than a decade investigating Hot Spots – examining how, why and where they emerge, the organisational qualities that are crucial to supporting their emergence, and what we can do to increase the likelihood of them arising in our own organisations.
